If teachers see an error like this:



Click the "please click here to fix" link to fix the student's folder. Note that it can take up to 30 minutes to fix the error.


If several messages like this appear in a class, or if several students are not seeing their TD subject folders in "My Drive", the class teacher can use Teacher Dashboard to solve the problem:


1. Open the class

2. Click the Class Info tab and scroll to the bottom of the page.

3. Click the "Fix class folders" link.

 

Note that it can take up to 30 minutes to restore the folders.
